Reserve your spot for a quarter, half or whole share of grass raised, grain finished beef.  Dry-aged for 14 to 16 days for excellent tenderness and flavor.

Priced at $6.00/lb of hanging weight for half or whole and includes cutting, wrapping and butcher fees.  $6.25/lb for a quarter. 

Final invoice determined at time of harvest minus a non-refundable deposit.  Butcher date is determined by Rocky Ridge Livestock.

Rocky Ridge Livestock raise the cattle and deliver to the butcher.  We also help coordinate pick-up of finished product.
