$800.00 Non-Refundable Deposit that is applied to the final cost at pick up and reserves your spot on our calendar.  Spots are filled on a first come first serve basis as soon as a spot is available.  Requests are filled if available. 

Fill your freezer with all your favorite cuts at the cost of $7.50/lb of Hanging weight.

Approximately $5250.00 total (Discount if you are local pick up) depending on the final specific hanging weight of the carcass, we typically average between 700 and 750 lb total carcass weight 

Pricing INCLUDES all butcher fees.

You get steaks, hamburger, roasts and any of the extras like heart, liver, oxtail as part of your options. Dry-aged for 14 days, vacuum sealed and blast chilled for a fresh taste upon thawing. Frozen product. Pick up at the farm.

Usually about 350 to 400 lbs of actual product, depending on your cutting preferences.
