Beef Starter Pack

This box is perfect if you need more than a small bundle but still fits in a smaller freezer. All beef is in single or 1 lb vacuum sealed packages.

This box is 25 lbs of Dry-aged, natural beef, straight from the farm.

Single animal, homegrown, pasture/grass based and grain supplemented.

Each Box includes a selection of some classic cuts for grilling, Crock Pot or just stove top meals.

10 to 12 lbs Ground Beef 

2 Ribeye Steaks 

2 T-Bones or Porterhouse Steaks

1 lbs Tenderloin/Filet Mignon Steaks

1 2-3 lb Roasts

2 lbs Minute steaks or Cube Steak

2 lbs Short Ribs

All Beef is dry aged for 14 days, blast chilled and vacuum sealed for freshness.
